Join ceramic artist Sharron Mountain for a transformative workshop using delicate white porcelain clay and daring Black Midfire clay. You will have the opportunity to design and create your own unique sculptural form, drawing inspiration from organic native seed pods. With a choice of working with either Black Midfire or White Porcelain clay, you will be guided through the process of developing your own distinctive piece. Allow yourself to be inspired by the beautiful forms and techniques shared by S.Mountain Ceramics.
- The cost of glazing is included in this workshop.
- Your creations will be fired for you and will be ready for pick up in around 3-4 weeks later.
- This workshop is for all levels of experience
- Bring along inspiration in the form of seed pods, images(Pinterest board) that you are intrigued by for inspiration in the construction of your small sculptural pods.
- Bookings are only secured through payment. Get in quick, as places are limited.

Sharron Mountain is a ceramic artist and educator of over 30 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Fine Arts) and Diploma of Education. She is the founder of S.Mountain Ceramics studio at Faulconbridge in the Blue Mountains NSW. Sharron’s work references markings and observations in the natural landscape. Her ceramic work is featured in a range of retail outlets including the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre, Blackheath Creative, Everglades Gardens, Foot Hills Eco store and Bluethumb online.

- Parking on the verge outside the property on Chapman parade.

- All materials and equipment, firing of your ceramic pieces, tea & coffee are included in the course cost. BYO drinks.
