Shipping policy

Workshops - no shipping is applied at the checkout.

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Custom orders may take between 2-4 weeks depending on the product. All pieces are individually handmade, if items are deemed unsuitable for shipping you will be contacted and offered a newly made product or a similar item. Handmade items are unique and their fore colour, size and shape variations are part of the natural appeal of the product. No products in this store are mass produced. They are produced in small batches

All orders are processed according to stock levels and may face potential delays due to a high volume of orders or COVID 19 released postal service delays that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery

Free contactless pickup is available to all orders, please indicate your shipping preference at the time of checkout. 

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you when your item is ready for pickup. Items will be placed in the parcel locker. 

Contactless pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Faulconbridge studio. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our contactless pickup hours are available days of the week . Please contact us to confirm your pickup time.

International Shipping

At this stage we do not offer international delivery.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
