Rustic Tableware ceramic workshop

Date: Sunday the 4th of September

Venue: Faulconbridge studio - Chapman parade

Time: 1.00-4.00pm

Join ceramic artist Sharron Mountain from S.Mountain ceramics for a workshop at her Faulconbridge studio for a ceramic workshop

In this ceramic workshop you will be guided through the process of hand-building a personal set of rustic tableware pieces. You will also work to develop a suitable surface decoration technique to give your pieces a unique style as you explore finishes such as embossing, carving and a neutral colour slip coloured surface.

Sharron will guide you through the workshop, demonstrating a range of hand building techniques. This workshop is suitable for beginners and those with some experience and who would like some guidance with working with clay, surface and resolving a finish in carved surfaces and coloured slips.

Optional clear glaze can be added to your booking at the workshop at the additional cost of $30, payment via C/card, cash or EFT. This decision can be made as you make your pieces.
